A 10 week course has been announced in Kenilworth, targeting those who are looking to start running or beginners who are looking for a little extra help or motivation with their training.
The programme will be delivered by Steve Mason, UKA Leader in Running Fitness, and will include walking, jogging and running to ensure suitability for all attending. According to the organisers, the only requirement to take part is a pair of running shoes and a positive mind.
