COVENTRY RUNNER'S NEW WEBSITE OFFERS NEWS AND INFORMATION TO LOCAL RUNNERS

A specialist running shop has launched a new website, designed to act as a central news and information site to local runners of all ages, abilities and experience.

Coventry Runner, which is located in Burnaby Road, Radford, has built the website around a platform of information and advice pages, offering guidance on everything from training programmes to nutrition and injury prevention. Alongside these, a useful links page gives visitors to the site easy access to other running and sports related sites.

“We are an independent running specialist and have established our business through an absolute focus on quality products and customer service.” says owner Sandy Clisham, “We view the new website as a natural extension of this. Every day we offer as much help and advice to our customers as possible and now, for the first time, they can access this service on-line as well.

“We have a lot of information on the new site and our aim is to build an extensive portfolio of material that runners can reference quickly and easily. The site also acts as a local news point, with clubs and service providers sending race and event information for us to communicate onward via our News Blog, Facebook page and Twitter messages, all of which can be accessed from the website’s home page.”

The new website is available at www.coventryrunner.co.uk and the business welcomes any running related news and events information. This can be sent via enquiries@coventryrunner.co.uk

Coventry Runner is a former Godiva Award winner. Judging it as ‘Best New Venture’ the judges made particular reference to the ‘outstanding levels of customer service’ demonstrated by the business.
